Microbes in the
form of bacteria and fungus are present
in all diesel fuels. If the fuel system
is not treated with Bio Kleen® Diesel Fuel Biocide on a quarterly basis,
microbes can grow into colonies,
resulting in fuel-filter plugging and in
severe cases, fuel tank corrosion and
leakage. The first indication of
microbial contamination in a diesel fuel
system is decreased fuel-filter life.
