Power Service Products has been named Texas' fastest growing family-owned business of 2005 by the Institute for Family Business, a division of the John F. Baugh Center for Entrepreneurship at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.

The company was recognized Nov. 3, 2005, in Waco at a banquet celebrating the presentation of the 16th annual Texas Family Business of the Year® Awards. The panel of judges for the awards was drawn from every major region in the state, as well as from the business-school faculty at Baylor. Nomination came from a variety of sources, including customers, vendors, government officials and economic development specialists.
